Urbiz Garden Plage is one of the oldest bed and breakfast inns and was established in 2001 as a residential summer villa owned by Ms. Rosario Fontanilla better known as “Lola Charing”. As a whole, the place resembles the aesthetics of American Colonial architecture, though its interior design is a concept of an eclectic mix of Ilokano and Filipino. Due to costly maintenance of the place, they decided to open it as semi-private bed and breakfast inns for selected guest and walk-ins way back in 2007.
